Eligible Refund Situations:
• Duplicate purchases.
• Files are corrupted and cannot be replaced.
• Products are inaccessible.
• Technical delivery issues caused directly by PromptMint Pro.

Non-Refundable Situations:
• Change of mind.
• Failure to read product descriptions.
• Incompatibility with third-party tools.
• Lack of technical knowledge.
• Dissatisfaction with personal results.
• Failure to use the product.
